TOPLEAD Consulting is a wholly Nigerian owned company. Toplead was established in 2011 to provide IT Consultancy and Human Development services to a wide range of establishments including the oil and gas sector. The company was formed by a group of highly motivated individuals with over twenty years’ experience each in public, private, and the industrial sectors of the economy which includes Oil and Gas, Banking & Finance, Safety, Construction and Engineering, Information Technology and Management.

Toplead Consulting Limited was borne out of the need to strategically help organizations guide their vision, position them for market leadership, and improve their productivity and employee performance. Toplead delivers primarily through analysis of the current state of an organization, identifying existing organizational problems, outlining and designing a target state to reposition the organization for success. We identify skills gap and provide training needs to close the gaps. We tailor our services to meet the speciﬁc needs of the organizations both short and longer terms.

We are partners to Oracle, OpenText, Optimal-Systems, Kofax and Veritas. Some of our Directors have been heavy players in the industry with backgrounds in Information Technology, Geosciences, Engineering, Finance and Management. We have seasoned consultants and principal partners with proven track record in Information Management Technology, and certiﬁcations in various OpenText, Microsoft Products and project management.

We provide superior services because our personnel are well-trained, highly experienced, and made up of individuals who have carved a niche for themselves in diﬀerent areas of management and consultancy.

We have deployed Enterprise content Management (Content Server ) for International Oil Companies and Financial Sectors of the Nigerian Economy. We currently provide support for Content Server Support for companies in West Africa.
